Summary: Room was very nice and clean, we used self check-in. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and it's about a 3 minute ride into Innsbruck.

Summary: Staff is good. Hotel is a bit far from downtown but there are buses running every 15 minutes. The hotel is very simple, but if you are just staying the night and spending the day at the city is ok.
